Wellbeing Resources
As we look forward to welcoming the children back to school, we are aware that this year we may all feel a little anxious, or stressed about returning to school. In these times of change some stress or anxiety is a normal response. In response to these changes we aim to promote resilience and wellbeing during the school day. We plan to promote a sense of safety, a sense of belonging and connectedness. The children will be following a wellbeing programme in school, and there will be an increased emphasis on physical activity, creative activities and health promotion.
We have compiled a series of online resources that you may find useful to promote wellbeing and resilience at home.
