Our pupils have been taking part in Food Dudes, Ireland’s national healthy eating programme for primary schools. The programme encourages children to eat more fruit and vegetables through repeated tastings, fun rewards, and positive role models.
Health experts recommend 5–7 portions of fruit and veg a day, but many children eat less than this. Food Dudes helps change that by making healthy eating fun and familiar.
We are very proud of all the boys and girls who are taking part so enthusiastically. Keep up the great work!
