This week we continued our work on the book 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' by Eric Carle. We painted caterpillars and prepared a nice picnic of food for him to eat, even making him some friends out of out the food we had. We have been retelling and ordering the story in different tasks and completing tracing activities with colour changing markers. We also started sorting colours this week which is going very well and are enjoying our new song 'Colours of the Rainbow' on the IWB.
