The Three Little Pigs
Our big story this month is 'The Three Little Pigs'. We loved playing with our sensory bin which had matchsticks, lollipop sticks, paper straw and mini Weetabix 'bricks'. We used the 'bricks' to build little walls with foam. We had lots of fun making art based on the story. We painted the pigs using circles to make their bodies. We also really enjoyed painting the homes of the pigs and then sticking down sticks, paper bricks and shredded paper to show what each house was made of. We practiced using glue to carefully place windows and doors on cut-out houses, which we were pretty great at. We are also matching pictures from the story to words, and have become really good at sequencing the story too. We have been very busy!
