Today’s children are digital natives and it's vital that their experience of the global online community is a positive one. When the opportunity arose for us in Walshestown N.S.to explore coding through gaming, we embraced it.
Everyone in the school yard knows what Minecraft is and now thanks to Dream Space TV and Minecraft: Education Edition, we're brought it directly to our 5th and 6th class children this year. It's coding, innovation, creativity, and teamwork, all wrapped up in one incredibly exciting experience.
This experience really challenged our students and give them a platform to amaze us.
