St. Brigid’s Day is a special day around Ireland but we hold it especially dear in our school. We remember this special woman in our school each February and this year was no different. To prepare for the day, Sinéad McDonnell taught the staff and children from 1st-6th how to make St Brigid’s crosses. Each class learned why she is special and her link to Co.Louth.
