This term, we have been learning about Procedural Writing. This is an extremely exciting type of writing because it means giving orders to help someone do something. We are getting really good at using Bossy Verbs to write instructions. ✍
We made toast, which was really fun and we got to eat it! 🍞 We told the teacher the instructions in steps. She didn't even have the toaster plugged in at the start!!
We also made Funny Face Biscuits. We followed instruction from a recipe. We used the ingredients to make icing, then decided how to decorate the top. As you can see from the photos, it was both messy and delicious!! 😋
