Walshestown were delighted to celebrate Literacy Week across the school.
The children sent in photos of them reading in unusual places, Ms Hand's class joined Junior and Senior Infants for some paired reading and we had a wonderful parade of various characters from books on Friday for World Book Day 📚.
Thank you to all parents and guardians for making such efforts with costumes and supporting Literacy learning in our school. We had a great week! 😃
