Halloween in our classroom
28th Oct 2023
Happy Halloween everyone! This is the first Halloween that we celebrated in our new classroom and what fun we had! We found lots of pumpkins and gourds on our pumpkin hunt outside which were very heavy to carry back to our room. Once we got them back, we painted them all sorts of colours. This week we loved digging our hands into our sensory trays to collect spiders from some spooky jelly and we used scissors to cut up spaghetti worms. We also did some pumpkin print making and made light up ghosts using glow sticks and milk cartons which we tested out in our sensory room. Not forgetting our dress up day and disco where we all showed off our dance moves to some Halloween music. We were all tired going home after such a busy week:)
