First Assembly of the Year
We had our first school assembly of the year this week, and it was a very special occasion. The whole school community warmly welcomed our new Junior Infants, who have already settled in so well.
Our 6th Class pupils will take on the important role of being leaders and role models for the younger children. We will all look to them as they show kindness, friendship, and inclusiveness throughout the year.
We also celebrated all the birthdays since the end of June—and even had one birthday to mark on Friday! In addition, we acknowledged our very first Stars of the Week and Gaeilgeoirí na Seachtaine of the new school year.
It was wonderful to gather together as a school for the first time this year, and we look forward to many more assemblies filled with celebration and community spirit.
