22nd Dec 2023
In our class we have many connections to lots of different countries throughout the world and we were proud to study how Christmas is celebrated in these cultures. We learned about Christmas traditions in Moldova, Spain, Scotland, Japan, Greece, India, Mexico, Ethiopia and Brazil.
We painted the robin, a bird representing new beginnings, hope and renewal. Our hope for Christmas and the New Year is for peace for all the countries of our world today. Help our world to know what is wrong and what is right and provide peace and hope to those who are suffering from injustice.
