Assembly 9/1/2026
Today in assembly, we remembered our past pupil, Ciarán Hogan, who sadly passed away on the 2nd of January and was laid to rest today. We prayed for Ciarán, and for his heartbroken Dad, Mam, Granny Betty (Tiernan), Nana Vera and Papa John.
Ciarán will always be remembered fondly in our school community. He was a much-loved pupil, and his presence left a lasting mark on all who knew him. We are deeply shocked and saddened by his sudden death, and we hold his family and friends in our thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.
In a spirit of togetherness and hope, we also took time to celebrate our Stars of the Week, our Gaeilgeoirí na Seachtaine, and recent birthdays. As a school community, we looked forward with hope to a happy and positive New Year in 2026, while continuing to keep Ciarán and his family in our thoughts and prayers.
