Today at Walshestown NS, our 3rd and 4th Class students had a very special visit from Firefighter Andrea McCarthy and Firefighter Jim Crosby! 🚒👩🚒👨🚒
They shared their expert knowledge on how to stay safe in the event of a fire, including important tips like “Stop, Drop and Roll”, creating a fire escape plan, and why every home needs working smoke alarms.
Our students were buzzing with excitement, asked fantastic questions! 🧯👀 It was a fun, hands-on learning experience that helped everyone understand the serious importance of fire safety in a memorable way.
